  • Is it a 5 star reataurant if you are in any other big west coast city? No. But it was actually better than what we expected for middle of Nevada. Everyone enjoyed their meal and a place I would recommend if you are craving asian food.

  • Don't miss this place if you like Chinese food and that includes a sushi room. Very large menu which makes it hard to decide. Staff are great. We had Garlic Chicken, Original Sweet and Sour Pork and Szechuan Shrimps and Scallops with choice of rice. Large platters with lots of yummy food.

  • I love Ming’s! The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious! Lunch or dinner you have great priced options and they give you large portions so you can snack at home too. As a vegetarian it is almost impossible to find places to eat here. But Ming’s has so many options! The dinner for 1 or their lunch comes with a choice of soup and fried or steamed rice and an egg roll (dinner is an egg roll and a fried shrimp). All which I can eat minus the shrimp. Luckily my niece and I trade my shrimp for her egg roll. The egg rolls are so delicious, flavorful and not greasy with the perfect crunch. The fried rice option comes with egg in it which I love! And their egg drop soup is delicious and healing. If you haven’t tried Ming’s, do yourself a favor and come here!! Their service is always quick, food comes out hot, and the servers are always so kind. If you want they also offer sushi. You can sit on the Chinese side and order both Chinese and sushi. Thank you to the Mings family for providing amazing food to our community! BEST CHINESE FOOD IN CARSON CITY AND BEYOND!

  • Well, I stumbled upon this place because of Google maps, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! I liked that I could have all you can eat sushi, and my mom, who doesn't like sushi, could have Chinese food. I, of course, started off with 5 mussles followed by some nigiri; 6 upside down shrimp, 2 octopus, 2 white tail, 2 salmon, 2 crab, 2 seared eel, and a 1 hand roll followed by a specialty spicy roll made by the chef. It was all very, very good. My mom had fried rice, chicken chow mien, and orange chicken. It all looked so tasty, and she said it was very delicious. All in all, it was a great experience.

  • We visited here during summer vacation. We were the last customers here so the restaurant was not crowded at the time, and the food came out very fast. The food was good. I would recommend it

  • Staff was great, multiple members tended to our party, everyone was friwndly. Food was great. Food was prepared and served fast, everything was very athletically pleasing. There were two sides of the restaurant one focused on Japanese side and one for Chinese side for the atmosphere. Will definitely come back when in town. We had sushi, appetizers, and Chinese dishes. The sauces, tea, and sake were all on point.
